The machine creaks and makes a noise tried to oil it but to no avail. However received the product on time and apart from that the product was as stated. Only thing i found personally is my neck hurts when doing sit ups not the products fault however would of been better if i had purchased a back support attached rather than this one. As when doing sit ups or buttock lifts the bones in the front of the neck are under too much strain. Really should of purchased the one with the back support so can really get into those sit ups without other side effects.Read full review

SMART CORE MACHINE

Very pleased with this device. I have it on the hardest setting, which is the weakest spring setting and it works great.
I do about 100 situps every day and it definately pulls on those tummy muscels. The machine is very well built with strong metal box construction. It folds lovely and flat, and with a little cord or wire on the back it can hang on the wall, if fitted by yourself. Why pay stupid money for something more expensive, when this device works just great.
85% of people buy all sorts of expensive training tools only to stick them in the car boot the following year. With this device its not a great expence and does the job the more expensive devices do just the same. Dont forget you need a little sweat and strain if your gonna gain.

Arrived promptly and well packed. Only had a little try, the hard work starts soon!
I would have given it five stars however the box did not contain a DVD as was promised as one of the selling points. Better value than TV advertised

We bought a Reebok version of this but the tension was provided by rubber bands which are not adjustable and weaken with use. Saw one advertised on TV and checked out eBay, they appear to be the same. Only difference is the one we bought through eBay is half the price. There are multiple exercises that can be performed, including the sit ups. Excellent all round.Read full review
