I had a leaking faucet and went to several hardware stores along with other do it yourself retail stores. There wasn't anyone to help, other than a recommendation to contact a plumber.

Watch their You Tube before installing...a lot of good info there BUT remember that the Video is using a brand new spicket which means it comes apart easily...not so with one that has been in place for 15 years. :-)
