Gives a nice easy workout

Nice product at a great price. Relatively easy to assemble. A first glance at the parts list it seemed that there were nuts, bolts & washers missing, but not so, they were all there. Making the electrical connections was slightly confusing, but it didn't seem to matter which wires connected to each other - the computer displayed everything correctly. The bike gives a good workout & I find 20 minutes at a good cadence brings on a sweat. I'm 5' 10" tall and find I need the longest setting on the length bar. Anyone much over 6' might find it a bit short. However, my 4' grandson can barely reach the persistence even on the shortest setting.
I like the heart rate monitor and the reading compares well with that displayed on my Fitbit activity monitor.
Overall it's a nice machine and a quick and easy alternative to riding my proper bike outside when the weather is a bit grim.Read full review...

Lightweight but effective

I bought this bike as I suffer with arthritis in my knees and had been using a recumbent exercise bike at a gym, with great results. This bike is not of the same quality as the gym bike but,after one week of gentle use, I am starting to feel the benefit of exercise again. I had a few problems assembling the bike as the instructions were not clear about which screw or bolt should be used where.But after raiding my own supplies, I was able to use the bike after 4 hours. As I am 74 and arthritic, I am happy with that. I do struggle to stand up from the saddle though as it is a little too low for me. overall,I think this bike is a good purchase for me.Read full review...

Recumbent Bike

It took 2 people to put together, fairly straight forwardly.
The tension cable was tricky to pull into position.
The instructions were not always clear about nuts versus washers and we had 2 washers left over after build.
