Cheap way to get WiFi for a DSLR

Nice little unit that allows for remote control of camera functions, shutter release and transfer of images to iPhone or iPad.
Took a little bit of fiddling around to get it set up, including a firmware update and reboot, but works great with my Nikon D810 via the dedicated app. I had just upgraded from a D7200 and was missing the built in WiFi and Nikon WMU app, but this seems to do everything that I need in a neat and cheap package.Read full review

Not impressed, I hope my refund comes soon.

I charged it, I turned it on, the Wifi came up for less than 1 minute then dissapeared never to be seen again and the interface? it has gone back for a refund.
The actual software is now unobtainable except in a corrupt form that attempts to capture all your information and to download bucketloads of adverts.
As far as I can ascertain the manufacturer no longer exists.
If you want my advice buy the CamRanger Mini or the CamRanger 2. Yes they are a lot more expensive but they work!
Unfortunatly I found Nikon's offering to be less effective in terms of range or speed although becuase of it's very small size it is very convienient if you are using an early Nikon and are only going to move a few yards from the camera.
There are others I have not tried and they may or may not be as good as the CamRanger products.Read full review

Great price and works perfectly ! I mean it’s a game changer for me and the iPad on my 5D Mark ii. It’s has connection issues sometimes when you are a few meters away but still Brillant for the price
