I only have a small set up so I split this into '2 helpings'. Very easy to use wine, just add sugar and water (everything else is provided). Drinkable after a week but this really does deserve extra time as the flavour really does improve if you can add a couple of weeks into the standing time. Have used for years.

These wine kits are the best for me, as the fermentation is so quick I find that flavour can be lacking so I tweak them with fruit juice to flavour to suit me and my familly.
All in all the quality is great, the kits can be modified by adding/leaving out sugar for dryness/sweetness and alcoholic content.
