Great product for covid times.

This software proves that you don't need a gym membership nor equipement (except maybe a floor mat and a couple dumbells) to get a solid workout. The "trainers" don't have much personality, but your effort is given a score and a "calories burned" estimate is made. Also, some of the "games" are fun while still getting your heart going. Excellent workout for your Kinect system

This game was released in 2012 at the pinnacle of the Kinect interface. The challenges follow a great progression. I have slacked on working out since having kids and I can say this game will push you to actually challenge yourself and get results. The intervals are set up wonderfully to progress through workouts. Personally I have limited discipline to PUSH myself and that is exactly what this Kinect game does.Read full review

Good diversity

The program is lower impact alternative to programs like Nike +. I bought it mainly for the Tai Chi portion. That and the yoga are pretty good for the beginner, or those wishing to get an idea what they're about. I also enjoy the boxing. As far as getting a personal routine going, I haven't found it as intuitive as Nike+. But to be fair, I also didn't get a manual with my discounted disc.
