Easy, fast, and a Gateway Game!

After a recommendation by my brother, who called this a "Gateway" game (while gamers enjoy it, non-gamers can also really enjoy the game), my daughter and I played the game while looking back and forth at the rules. We both enjoyed the game very much, and we were surprised with the final score, too! Carcassonne is a nice intro game to board games. Fairly simple rules with a map that changes every time you play. This set includes the full base game along with the river and Abbott expansions.
