I love this toothpaste. I drink a lot of black coffee. My teeth started to get darker. My dentist noticed it. After ordering Zack, I got the two back. I have been brushing my teeth four times a day.I carry one tube with me. And I can honestly say my teeth are returning to a lighter shade. I leave it on in the morning while I am drying my hair after showering . I brush my teeth. So it’s on my teeth about ten minutes. During the day I just brush and rinse. Two times.
