More Pros than Cons - Works!
Other than the skinny stix powder drink mix by the same co. I have not tried any other in the product line. So I went all out b/c I wanted to drop lbs fast. I combined it w/ CLA and it really seemed to help. The only side effect I noted was from time to time may face would get all "tingley" but it never lasted very long and I did not notice an increase in heart rate or pulse. I started out w/ 1 tab 2 X a day 1 in the AM before breakfast and one before lunch then moved up to 2. I chose not to take them at night b/c I didn't want to risk the possibility of a sleepless night. I got a good deal. I am done done w/ the package & have a LONG way to go. This product combined w/ a lesser portion, lower carb/sugar, increased protein diet and LOTS & LOTS of water seems to be a good fit. I only gave it 4 starts b/c I am not done w/ the bottle and I don't know how it is going to turn out in the long run. Read full review

Great Energy and Weight Loss, BUT
I took this for months and had great results. Then I stopped taking it and also stopped taking a mood stabilizer prescription med. Everything was fine for nearly a year. Rapid-Release no joke
So far it help me loose weight and a nice boost too. I been using it for Five years, I weight at 278 lb, down to 215 lb. I was border line Diabetes, so had to loose the weight, I hate taking meds for it, got it down. I am Off Diabetes Meds, been staying around 215 lb, for a 2 1/2 year now. No jitters like the others
I have tried all the Zantrex styles & the Black is easier on my stomach & did not cause jittery sensations or the temporary rash like the others sometimes did. They are all different.
