All round good little tablet
Been useing this for about 4 month now i take 1 a day and i find it to be a help if feeling a little low with a cold i just take 2 a day when i feel like that seems to help speed up recovery and i swear by these with a cold sore 2 a day (no cream) it cleared in 5 days normally takes mine 2 weeks to go... great price would recommend Read full review...

I found no descernible difference to my general health and wellbeing after taking these tablets, sadly. They didn't make me feel worse, or better, so I'm not the best person to ask about the effectiveness of them. I would recommend them for people to try, but not expect too much.
