Comfortable bed
This bed is pretty comfortable.. I liked to softness of my old mattress better but this is pretty good.. I love extra soft.. Plus side is I can tell that my fiancé is in the bed behind me because Tha mattress doesn't give and sink in like my other one did.. I took it out of the box with in 24 hrs. Mostly inflated by the time we went to bed that night. We slept on it the same night. Looks like all the edges were up good and to its size with in 24 hrs.. Didn't have any oder at all. I hsve double sheets on it for now until I can order a mattress cover to protect mattress. My fiancé loves it he says his back hurts less. Another plus is he's snoring isn't as loud..thatvis a big plus..beenbuauing it for a few weeks so far its holding up well.im a plus size woman and he has a big man gut. Mattress works well for us.. We purchased the 12 inch green tea mattress.. It was delivered pretty quick. Let's pray the mattress hold up well for a few years, only time will tell.. Relatively Soft mattress. .
I have had this mattress for more than a week now. The mattress is ok if you are looking for a mattress that is soft. This mattress is not firm at all and I would say that the memory foam is at best only 2-3 lbs density, so Not very good for firmness.
It does make a difference whether you have the mattress over a spring box or a platform. The mattress feels slight firmer on a platform base as opposed to a box spring.
I had a 6 inch cal kung mattress from SPA SENSATIONS that was better anf firmer than tuis one.

Great mattress
Love love love my mattress, I have not had a stiff neck or back since I got it. I did let this mattress set for the 3 days and it expanded perfectly right away but the packing smell was so very strong it is still taking it's time to go away. It's been a few weeks so I hope it goes away. Other than that, this mattress is perfect. I am a stomach sleeper and definitely could stand to lose a few pounds and I get a very restful nights sleep. I hope this helps with your decision. I have previously purchased the 8" mattress for a spare room and had zero problems with that one. That is great for people who like a firm and comfortable mattress and sleep on their back. I have had gotten great compliments on that mattress from friends.Read full review

"Time will tell"
Mattress is firm but comfortable. Follow instructions and it will decompress with no smell. It gets slightly warmer than old mattress. As of right now, I am very satisfied with the purchase after switching over from a coil mattress. Only time will tell if it will hold up and if green tea is a difference maker.Read full review

Memory foam mattress
First few days the mattress was much softer but then it was not as soft and I Love the way it cuddles my curves
I would describe it as its soft medium mattress
So far love sleeping on this mattress and i would buy it again for this price

I did only buy this new bed cause I was sleeping on a mattress 10+ years old but the Zinus is 110% amazing, never slept so much in my life, I wake up feeling great, never moody!
