I have small hands and this knife fits in my hand perfectly. Beautiful, classic design and very sharp blade. This will quickly become my go to knife for slicing crusty breads.

Quality Out Of Control

The knife arrived, sealed in the manufacturer's original package. The blade is serrated. I found the serrations to be ground irregularly and inconsistently. Furthermore, burrs were abundant throughout the length of the blade's cutting edge. It wouldn't cut bread until I dressed the blade with a stone. Zwilling J.A. Henckels usually delivers a most excellent product. Hence, the reason that, despite two negatives, I still would recommend their products.
