Had a number of different garlic press designs over the years until I found this one about a year ago..Its very robust and feels very well made.There is a plastic spiked hole clearer which is great at getting all the garlic out of the press either for the pan or to help when washing it up - although you dont need to use it for that if putting in the dishwasher. I bought this one for my son who is moving into his own flat and loves cooking with garlic.it isn't the cheapest but provides excellent value for money!!!Read full review

Garlic

Had one of these Garlic presses for six or seven years and it was as good as the first day I got it. Then it was put into the dishwasher and that was the end of that , it came out all black as if it had fallen in soot. This one is dishwasher safe so will have on complaints about it. This is a replacement for my older Zyliss garlic press and I have to say that this one is even better. It crushes larger cloves of garlic with ease and, again, there's no need to peel beforehand.
