Bought this a couple of weeks ago for my elderly mother who is very hard of hearing. It is simple to set up with the quick dial numbers and has worked well so far.

This is a fairly cheaply made phone.
Good points:-The ear piece volume is very loud so is good for the hard or hearing.
Not so good :- The ring volume would be ok for a normal phone but for the hard of hearing needs to be louder, even on the loudest setting it is not that loud.Read full review
