Caused damage to biorb tank

I purchased this product beleiving that it wohld ease maintenence of my biorb tank and reduce the stress to my fish.
It does not.
The inside portion of the cleaner "jitters" and sticks panicking the fish and leaves scratches in the the acrylic both inside and out even though i thoughly cleaned both the cleaner and the exterior of the tank with a microfibre cloth.

In summary this product may be a fake as i cannot see the biorb manufacturer selling a product that causes damage to a biorb tank.

Now i have to figure out how to polish the tank without contaminating it. Well done!Read full review
