I moved to Colorado and found out they don't call them the Rocky Mountains for nothing. I was using Egg Beaters and loved them, but had to have something I could ride unclipped in the rocky technical sections so could stop injuring myself. The Double Shot pedal are great. I did have to change to a shoe with rubber soles as my hard soles Mtn bike shoes would slip off when unclipped.Read full review

I prefer crank bros pedals and now I have the option of clipped or flat without changing pedals. Using the included cleats these clip in and out very easily which is what I like. Only improvement for me would be higher spikes on the flat sides.Read full review
