For the price, pretty good value however the build instructions are not good or detailed enough.

Home gym
Decent bit of kit for a basic gym set. Quality of it seems OK for the price.
Putting it together took around 7 hours by myself, the manual isn't the best to guide you and you don't get any tools with it so make sure you have a couple of adjustable spanners to hand!

Multigym
When I received the multi-gym I was completely vexed about how I was going to build this up. I am just your ordinary woman who has a limited knowledge on the working parts of a multi-gym.
I read the instructions which confused me even more and stood staring at it for a while trying to get my head round it. I decided to lay all the parts out and try and get familiar with what they were for and what they did.....no easy task!
Three days later I had it built and was proud to display how muscled my upper body had become. Its a heavy thing to build.
I love the gym and I use it every other day its solid and you really can get a good work out from it and I would definitely recommend it. I have lost two dress sizes and with a low fat diet 2 stone 7lbs in weight.
I advice is to get someone to build it if your like me who has a limited knowledge of this type of thing but the gym in itself is brilliantRead full review
