The instructions are not very clear for putting the item together. However, once it was put together it was fine and my hose is now tidy.

You get what you pay for
After 50 years in product design I didn’t expect much given the low price point; I was not disappointed. One of the worst designed products I’ve ever bought. First problem no instructions, I emailed and ask for some to be sent the reply was ‘they were working on it.’ Nevertheless as a mechanical engineer I wasn’t daunted. It came flat pack and there was a sequence, warning don’t insert the handle first. The metal tubes were size for the size with the holes so wouldn’t fit. They had started to swag the tubes but only did 1/10 which meant I had to open the holes. The black plastic frame was incredibly poor quality I guess the thinnest cheapest ABS available. When assemble and the water was turned on 2 of the fittings leaked excessively. Fortunately I had spare Hozelock ones which resolved that problem.Read full review

Good quality
I was dubious of this with the low price but when I got it it was good and sturdy easy to assemble and I’m very happy with it. You just need to make sure you push the pegs home when assembling it, took me a minute to figure that out and then it was plain sailing 👍Read full review

Rubbish quality
It came in a pack and you have to assemble it yourself, which is fine if everything fits as it’s supposed to!
I had to bend the handle to fit properly, and also drill holes for the pegs to go through as there wasn’t any!!
