Most purchasers of an Air fryer seem to equate them to just cooking great chips.
They are much more versatile, as this book shows, with a great selection of dishes.

Its a good way to get your mind trained to how to use an air fryer, but I think it is more aimed at Americans, as there a Lot of recipies that use American words for the ingredients like zucchini.
