Helps weight loss
I've heard great things about this product & have seen weight loss results with someone I know that is taking this product. So far, this product is "cleaning" me out thoroughly & I've lost 3 lbs since taking it a few weeks ago without changing my eating habits. I rated it 4 stars because I want to see the difference after 3 months of taking this product. If you have a strong tummy then this is for you. Otherwise, you’d be sick! It does what it says it will do- however, it sets the record of number of times you have to go to the bathroom. You can probably take it every other day but definitely not everyday. I gave it 3stars because of the adverse effect on me. I will try doing it every other day and will have a follow up review. It Works!
I started using this product and for the first two weeks I had headaches and was a bit soar but after the 2 weeks I was fine... it has definitely helped my metabolism and I have noticed that my back is significantly slimmer as well as my arms. I noticed a difference within a Month or so... I am personally very satisfied with this product. However, my mother started taking it and she couldn't stand the aches, so it's different for everyone. I have a history of yo yo weight gain & dieting. I've been on Atkins, Phentermine diet, hcg diet, etc. Any and all of these worked for weight loss. My problem was always keeping it off. I have experienced weight loss with this product as long as I am dieting while taking it. I am not good at dieting so it really helps me maintain the weight I've lost. At first, a lot of bathroom trips until body adjusts. Be sure to supplement potassium & I don't recommend Atkins with this as Atkins also depleats potassium (dangerous if you don't replace). This is currently all I take for weight loss/maintenance. The difference is suttle, but for me, if I take it and drink enough water as suggested, it really helps reduce bloating in the belly and seems to cleanse the system. I take it right after breakfast or lunch. This is my 3rd order so obviously it works for me, if I'm behaving with the food, I do lose weight, but otherwise, beautiful for maintainence. still a working process
I only been on alipotec for 2 weeks but it makes you go to the bathroom since the first day you take it so watch out if you are planing to take them make sure there are bathrooms available. It tells you not to weight your self for 3 months and that its a slow process so i havent seen much progress but i can feel a difference since i started taking alipotec.
