Replacement Bridge for Ovation Celebrity
This is as close to a drop on replacement for an Ovation Celebrity bridge as you will find. The only modification that I had to make was to drill a single hole for the active piezo pickup.
The original Ovation bridge had split length-wise along the top loading slot on the backside of the bridge. I installed longer bridge screws than the two originals so that the screw heads with a washer are now on top the bridge. This bit of re-engineering should keep the bridge from splitting again.
I opted to use CA Gel glue to apply the new bridge directly to the factory finish as was also done originally by Ovation.
Note: this bridge is 1/4" shorter than the Ovation original but it has exactly the same profile (shape) as the original.Read full review

I bought this bridge because I am making a 6 string acoustic cigar box guitar. I needs something that was aesthetically pleasing as well as the ability for top mounted strings with no pegs. This also has two holes pre-drilled that will allow me to glue and screw the bridge to the soundboard. I couldn't ask for more at that price.Read full review

Nice and Strong!!
I got this to replace a flimsy bridge on a 3/4 scale Gretsch Americana guitar that broke after my kid tightened the strings just a tad much. This one is a very strong bridge, a nice hardwood piece with a beautiful, natural look. I didn't feel the need to finish it but a coat of clear lacquer would really make it pop.

High Quality Replacement
I am very pleased with this replacement bridge. Ovation made their original ones too thin, and as a result tend to break under tension. This manufacturer addressed the issue by making one that is a bit thicker, and feels heavier/sturdier.

Rosewood Top Loading Acoustic Bridge
Item is thicker than the original bridge which raises the strings a little bit higher. The original was made too thin and they all had a tendency to break. This one is better in that aspect.
