I had an old 16GB iphone 5c, which I loved, but the battery wouldn't hold any charge. I had the option of paying apple to change the battery or getting a new phone. Saw this one on ebay, ordered on a Sunday and it arrived 11am on the following Tuesday. In sealed box, brand new and has 32GB storage. The icloud makes the transition very simple - just entered my password and everything restore (all apps installed, phone contacts transferred, photos saved etc). Apple iPhone 5c fail

Every mobile phone I have owned has worked by inserting the sim, switching on and setting up. Sorted! Not the 5c. Won't set up( despite 50+ attempts) via my data allowance. I don't have home internet to set with iTunes. Therefore, it's useless. It currently sits on my desk to be repackaged and returned.

My MacBook hasn't missed a beat in four years. But this phone is a bust. Plug and play Apple. Plug and play!!! Only gets one star because zero isn't available.👎Read full review

Battery doesn't hold his charge, keeps shutting down and didn't have to set it up, the settings were set in Chinese.
