Big buttons, easy to read screen great for the elderly.
These phones are for my 85 year old mother who has found them easy to use, she has blocked one nuisance call which is a great feature on these phones.

The product was as I expected with good volume and easy set-up. I needed something that worked with hearing aids and had easily controllable volume. It also has the amplify switch which useful. The product is as I expected; just an earlier version of this type of phone I would guess.
