Poor WiFi signal

Had a problem with poor WiFi signal in the room where my desktop PC was, bought these to see if they could solve the problem, job done, these things more or less hard wire the PC to the router using the house electrical wiring so there's no wifi involved, this was sold as a used item but the kit came complete in the original box with cables and instruction book, great product and great value for money as well.Read full review

I'm very impressed. Plugged the extenders in and connected the cables and had the internet up and running in another room straight away. I don't use WiFi so this is a perfect option for me. Great product.

They are unreliable and do not maintain communication

They do not maintain communication and have to be reset every time I use them. I am now getting a BT engineer out to my property as the fault is either in the extender or in the new router we have just installed.Read full review

Great product

A very good plug in and it works even in my thick walled period home. It would get 5 stars but it has lost router connection a few times for no apparent reason.

Best option for me.

Difficulties getting a wifi signal from the router in another part of the house.

Brought a second router to make a wifi bridge but signal strength and reliability bad.

Brought a 10m cat 7 cable to link router with computer. That worked very well but the women complain about the untidiness.

Brought this item - price about £120 cheaper than the second router - plugged it in and it just worked. No configuration needed. 2 RJ45 cables included.

There is a 1 or 2 second delay in responding, compared to the direct cable link, but I can easily live with that. The data transfer seems fast.

It works well. Just plain brilliant. I can only recommend it as an excellent choice.

Good extender with good speed!

I already have two of these extenders and I wanted to add another to the network as the wifi is not so good in some of the rooms. This I have done and it is working well, I then have another in case of failure of any of the units! Although I have said it is easy to set up it might not be the same for everyone. Read full review
