Astonishing sound from an unassuming little round speaker!
Astonishing sound from such a small unit. Voices project well and simply float in the air whilst bass is tight and extended producing notes well below what you might expect from such a small unit.
Sound quality can be significantly changed and I believe improved by resting the speaker on a simple plate display stand so the speaker is sitting almost upright. Although sounding more conventional when positioned this way, the sound is quite markedly improved and the quality of reproduction more enjoyable. This is really a beautiful sounding little speaker. I've also purchased a good leather carry case from eBay for just a few pounds so the speaker can be safely taken with us on holiday! This quality of sound can't be left at home!Read full review...

Poor build quality.
My B&O speaker was a little over two years old (warranted by John Lewis for 24 months) so outside the cover period. It was used for parties and summer bbqs always in a separate protective case but needed to be charged all the time. The charging port stopped working and calls to John Lewis, B&O UK and specialist repairers all said its scrap buy a new or refurbished replacement. For £200 I would expect this speaker to last longer so do not recommend it and find other owners on YouTube are of the same opinion. The UK B&O support team were less than useless and offered ridiculous 'hacks' to get it working. Save your money and go to BOSE for quality control.Read full review...
