I think this is a good product, generous doses and, for those who can sustain it, good value for money. It is very easy to take. It gave me diarrhoea within 3 days, so I had to stop. However, the remaining sachets have been beneficial for my mother, who has a longstanding constipation difficulty and says that she felt digestively more settled and contented after taking it. This is the second time in two years that I have used the powders. It was three weeks before I noticed a difference, but as before, once the improvement began it occurred very quickly. Since the powders are food for good bacteria it makes sense that improvement will only occur when the numbers have built up.
