Great for Installation
It doesn't really remove the old bushing, needs to cut the metal lip away first. Makes installation very easy on the car.
The bearings doesn't hold up very well.
There are better ones on the market
The tool that is used to get the crankshaft in right position was not manufactured well. Obviously cutting (by laser?) the biggest hole in the center was not accurate enough. The hole was not round and also slightly in wrong place in respect to other holes. I had to make some filing to get the tool working properly.Read full review

Renault Laguna rear axle bush remover/refitter Tool
This Tool is excellent it saves time & money, the 3 cups work very well take care when fitting new Bush, as its easy to reach fully fitted position & not realise you are fully in, the tiny end stop marks are hard to see on a dark day, its very important to stop when reaching the end stop marks, failure to do so will result in damage to the washers/bearings. if it gets very tight stop & have a look Why !!! recommendation do it on a sunny day, or well lit workshop.Read full review

Essential Tool for Cam Belt Change
If you have one of the latest diesel engines the only way to identify TDC and correct cam position is by using this type of locking tool.
There is a one problem with this particular crank locking tool in that the index mark is not in the correct location, so I would suggest not using it and applying tipp-ex or marker to guide you instead.Read full review

Timing kit.
These are very useful tools, but only if you know what you are doing. Get it wrong and your in a world of pain.
Not applicable to my vehicle
The product is great and deserves appropriation. But its not applicable to all VW Passat B5.5 's.
If your vehicle is VW Passat 2.0 engine code AZM then its worthless. I did not even use it.

A cheap timing tool set. Volvo / ford 2.5 5 cyl turbo
The crank timing tool pin worked ok, but the part(s) to set and hold the camshafts in alignment were very poor. In fact I ended up setting them by eye.

Great piece of tool
The tool worked perfectly to aid me with the replacement of the bushings on my Volkswagen MK4 Bora. With this tool very little effort is needed. As a DIY person I am contented with the tool.

Not up to expectations
This kit is far from value for money. One side of the cam locking tool had been cut incorrectly so didnt mesh with the gear. Other tools looked cheap and not very robust. I would value this kit at £15-20. Thats if they fix the cam locking tool. Poor show.Read full review
