Disappointed with the quality of these castors. A poor design of the bearing arrangement in the hub means the bearings are excessively side-loaded when the axle bolt is fully tightened, making them hard to spin. The factory's workaround seems to be to not fully tighten the axle bolt, so the inner races of the bearings can spin on the axle, metal-to-metal. A solid plastic hub would be better than that! My fix was to add a spacer between the inner races of the two bearings in each wheel.Read full review
