Great deal on a Dyson

The refurbished unit looks practically new and works fine. The vacuum is easy to use and does a great job picking up. Some of the features (cleaning the HEPA filters for example) are kind of complicated. You definitely need the operator's manual for this.Read full review

OK for light dusting work.

The Dyson UP13 Ball appeared to work well when first arrived, however, the vacuum overheated and stopped working in the first day of use. We cleaned the filters as instructed but it took several days for the filters to dry before the could be installed again. The suction through the hose is minimal. I’ve been using another brand mORECK for a while now. Never seemed to really vacuum well. I decided to purchase this refurb unit and I was blown away how well this thing works! My New Dyson Vacuum

I have always wanted a Dyson vacuum and when I saw this one on eBay at such a great price I just couldn't resist. I ordered it and I've been so pleased with it. We live in Florida and have two dogs who track in sand and all kinds of things. This vacuum picks up all that they bring in. Better than I thought

I didn’t expect this Dyson to perform so much better than our Hoover wind tunnel. It’s much quieter, fits under more. Easier to negotiate into tight areas and the attachment hose is easier to use. I vaccummed the house with our existing vac first and then went back with the Dyson. I got a full canister. We have two dogs and a cat so this is a hairy house. I never believed that Dyson was worth the hype but now I understand! I am part of the cult! My floors have never been so clean. It seems like others have had a hard time vacuuming over carpet but I definitely did not. My carpets are super clean and all of the cat litter has gotten sucked up from the corners of my hardwood floors. It’s shocking the difference! The only negative is that the vacuum cleaner is heavy. I am very pleased with how well this vacuum works. I bought this as an economical option for my daughter who is moving into her first apartment and has allergies.
