Eddington's roasting rack
I am so pleased with the quality of this roasting tin, I have also bought a curved rack to fit inside, as couldn't find tin with rack to fit my oven. Problem solved,!

Shallower than in the photos, lightweight construction
This is a lot less concave than it appears in the photos, so it is not much use in keeping a joint in the position you might want (e.g. cooking a chicken breast-side down, or keeping a pork joint with the fat-side uppermost). This was disappointing since that is really why I wanted it.
It's fine for keeping the meat off the base of the pan (or the sliced vegetables you are using as a trivet), if that is what you want.
It is of pretty light construction, so I question how robust it will be.Read full review...

Good rack
Kept my Christmas cockerel out of its juices so I had a nice even roast. Good price as well.

Not very sturdy
Thought this would be stronger than it is somewhat disappointed but it will do until I find something better.
