Great kitchen gadget

Having realised I was spending a fortune on dairy & grain free treats for our young dog (skin issues) I was looking for a reasonable priced dehydrator- this fits the bill perfectly! In laziness I can slice his packet food meat thinly & dry out but mostly use cheap steak, chicken or liver & this has saved me a fortune already, probably had my money back within a few weeks!
It’s quite large so is a bit bulky to store but it’s worth it for the twice weekly use it has to stock up on treats. Having 6 layers it will fit quite a lot in.

Doe the job nicely

Not particularly small but the trays can be turned around to make more compact for storing. Easy to use and holds a lot of produce. I dried 6 apples and 6 carrots for my rabbit and there were still 2 trays free. Plastic feels less brittle than one I borrowed from a friend but would still recommend to be gentle with it.Read full review

Clever design

Clever design with easily nested shelves trays that if turned around, stack up to give a bigger gap for thicker foods.
So far I've only tried drying tomatoes but they dried evenly and well.
