I read this book in two days, it’s brilliant! The true story covers a variety of topics including the thoughts and feelings of an ultra runner and his difficult childhood. The star is, of course, the indomitable Gobi who joined the author on his run across the Gobi desert, and whose adventures and difficulties after the race keep you turning the pages.
