Revolutionary design

I love this product.

The house water tank is in a cupboard in my bedroom, and the noise of the the good quality ballcock valve I fitted there a few years ago has always slightly irritated me.<br>
I find a lot of 'new stuff' introduced into plumbing products in recent years is inferior to the older designs, lack of longevity, excessive complexity and poorer quality materials are usually the issues of the so called 'progress' the corporations give us.

This fill valve is possibly guilty of all that, but it's a design that it fills under the water line making it virtually silent thereby no risk of' water hammer as it creates no ripples on the water's surface.
It also creates much lass vibration and stress on the pipework, as it turns the water off (at the set level) instantaneously, without the torturous hissing of the ballcock valves. That is in itself a superb feature.
Additionally It can be maintained (seal replacement) without removal from the tank, another great feature.

The big issue is how long will this fliudmaster product work till something goes wrong. I've come across ballcock valves that have worked daily with their noise and vibration for 15 years un-maintained. A simple design with good quality materials can do that.

This one is an unknown, I put good quality in the description but I don't know for sure if it is or isn't as only the test of time will answer that.
