Better than fitbit
After switching to garmin vivosmart3 I personally enjoy it more than the fitbit charge2. It’s more acurate in tracking steps and feels lighter and more flexible. Good battery time even using the most functions (tracking extra workouts, sets and reps, stress etc) The app and screen are not so user friendly than fitbit’s though, but I got used to it. Maybe most important - it doesn’t get freezed or stuck in update or sync mode. Have been wearing it almost one month and don’t find any bigger issues.Read full review

Nice and light but too many problems
The tracker is very light and unobtrusive, and fits a small wrist very well. But apart from that I can’t recommend it. The display is impossible to read outside even on a dull day. The steps counter is wildly inaccurate on the high side, and the calories recorded are also ridiculously high. A real shame as I though Garmin products were supposed to be good.Read full review

Remember to put on you non dominate side. I don’t think that’s the term but if you’re your right handed put it on your left hand. You’ll end up racking up steps from brushing your teeth and drinking your tea otherwise.Read full review
