It's replacement tines Not The Machine I bought. So question "is it compact & easy to start" is irrelevant.
Good quality tines - very good price - no problem in fitting them. Those who say they don't work; probably put them on BACK TO FRONT. Simple!!

Worth changing
Well packed easy to identify a,s and b,s good materials seems thicker than existing tines which had gone rusty. Must clean after use to avoid this in future.
