Flawless at a price

These cartridges are like most everything else by HP, excellent quality and flawless in operation, lasting a great deal of time without cleaning between operations etc. However, if Hewlett Packard could only find it in themselves to charge a fair price for them, they would I am sure corner the market in short order. They won't of course; we HP printer owners like all the rest are a captive audience to our own self induced penury. Pity, as the bad taste in one's mouth is unnecessary. Genuine HP XL print cartridges set - better quality than copies, but too expensive!

Grudgingly I would recommend these as at least you don't get the problems of running out immediately, failing to print properly etc. that you get with the copied ones. However I can't help feeling HP rip customers off on the extortionate prices of these cartridges. The printers are cheap but then you're hooked in on these if you want decent print quality - and to be honest they don't last very long either. I feel sorry if you need these for a business, not just for printing a few documents off at home like me.Read full review

The Hp OfficeJet Pro 8720 is OK . . . . . . BUT!

My experience of the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 is, if you occasionally use photo paper, the results are smeared, as the printer delivers the paper upside down, So as the final print arrives, it is slid along the wet side down, so the result is unuseable.Read full review

Very disappointing. I put the magenta cartridge in place. It was the only one that needed replacing. 'Ive printed off a few sheets now and the colour is terrible. Green turn out red on the printed copy. Very disappointedRead full review

My printer is a bit sentimental lol as can't use none genuine inks so for what they are they were good.
Even tho they were cheaper than the high street it's still expensive for what it's needed for

Only Genuine Inks do for me

I've tried compatibles but there's nothing to match the genuine article. Its worth paying the extra.

These genuine HP Ink cartridges came loose, I have always brought fully packaged cartridges in the usual HP packaging... it made me suspicious that they may not have been genuine HP products. I have not used them yet.... Read full review
