printer
The printer is 1st class. the one problem is there is no installation disc, which although they give you a link to the HP website so you can download the drivers etc. is a lot more time consuming and annoying than having a disc. Also the xl cartridges lasted about 2o pages and then ran out, not impressed, and the colour cartridge had no magenta in it again not impressed. You would have been better off selling the printer cheaper with no printer cartridges as this left me slightly annoyed to say the leastRead full review...

Slightly awkward printer
Once set up (that was a bit of a mission), it works fine. The paper feeder is a bit hit and miss, that may be because I'm not used to it. The digital display is on the top of the machine so if the printer is at face level, you can't see what's on the display...so a lot of standing up[and sitting down!!Read full review...

Waste of money
The printer did not work from day one!
when I eventually got it set up whit the help of HP. The scanner had a fault and will not work. it printed for one day then the wifi went down. it will only work with a cable connected to my computer. so all in all a complete waste of money. Perhaps this is one that they hadn't refurbished.Read full review...

Trouble free printing, scanning, copying
It took a while to set up. There was no handbook and no software disc but I downloaded the necessary items from the HP Web Site. I have used the scanner copier and printer and am very happy with all functionsRead full review...

Prints Charming
Have to say this was a bargain, for an unused product, such good value for money. Had it set up within 20 mins and it’s works fine!

Difficult to connect to wifi
The HP support info is very difficult to understand. HP support even refers you to a third party youtube video.
I will not purchase an HP product again,
