Good kit for home gym, like many reviews say, the wall anchor fittings are pointless, i had some M10 wall anchors on my fittings box anyway and only used 4 of them into breeze block and holds all 6’4” 245lbs of me without any movement. Easy to put together and to adjust the arms to extend them etc. The arms when fully extended do wobble a little but when i use it for tricep dips, it makes no difference and feels sturdy enoughRead full review

A miracle and a prayer

You'll need a miracle or very good luck to fit this successfully. I'm a builder....only 3 out of the 8 fixing bolts worked , the others jammed up after a few turns. This means I have 8 huge sleeved bolts rammed into my wall that can be removed without chiselling the wall to bits. Also I have no way to use the product,

Sturdy piece or kit
