Well the cons are the heat function is almost completely none existent but a big pro is that the appliance doesn't need the heat function. I injured my back and was in a lot of pain it was amazing the relief I received from use of the deep tissue massager. Using it for fifteen minutes gave good temporary relief and loosened up the damaged back muscles allowing the healing process to begin.
