A good sturdy and quite heavy piece of equipment. It has to be, considering the maximum weight it will take is 150kg and the exercises performed on it.
I use it for ten minutes after my main cardio workout. I haven't tried all the speeds but will work my way up slowly.
The key is to use this type of equipment according to the manual. Any type of exercise machine can be dangerous and even fatal to the user if not used correctly! Read full review
