Glovebox sized diagnostics
Nice little product. Came well packaged and it's very small, easily will fit inside a pocket or cubby hole somewhere. There's 4 buttons which makes it easy to use. The screen is very clear and there's quite a few menus to choose from with the device
There's only a couple of things I don't like about the device. The dust cover for the OBD port is removable. This is useful, but it would be better if it had a little tag attached to it so it will still attached to the cable when removed as you can easily drop it or loose it. Second, the device is a bit slow when negotiating all the protocols it supports. It's the trade off you pay, but you can't really argue for £20. Great tool but limited to new vehicles.
This is a good tool for the workshop.
The only down side is it will NOT read older cars.
I have 5 90's Alfa Romeo but the code reader will not read Alfa's younger than 2007.
A bit limiting. Great for modern stuff.

Robust and good value for money
The unit seems pretty easy to use after a little practice. There are also a few Youtube videos that helped to work it out. The unit is solidly made and feels very robust. I would like to have seen a single page instruction manual detailing the menu system.
Update instructions were not quite correct but after a bit of persistence and detective work on the website I eventually found the place to get the update files.
This is a good device for general monitoring the health of the vehicle. For the price I think its great value for moneyRead full review

Good little item. Worth every penny.
Used on a 2005 Volvo XC90. I have been plagued by a ‘check engine light’on this car for weeks.The last time I had a fault the garage charged me £150 to diagnose the fault codes,without fixing it. Good diagnostic tool for many cars
I needed a diagnostics tool for early Mazda vehicles eg bongo etc there is a lot of info on this machine, which I most probably will not use all of it.
Very simple to use best way to find out what it will do is to sit down with it and progress your way through the menus and get experience with it, beats any training course.
It will communicate with vehicles that my Snap-on solus pro will not.
Ok there are no further updates available for the unit but to get codes and to assist diagnostics it is a very good bit of kit

Good but one irritation
Easy to use. Easy to read. Codes and understand them before cancelling. Only real irritation is having t scroll through a long list of manufacturers every time you use the device
