Nice unit that feels well made. I like that it's rechargeable and there's no need to keep extra batteries.
Setup wasn't too bad. It pulled all the commands for the devices in my home theater system.. So of them i don't use and they could be removed, but only individually. it was a little painful, but hopefully i only have to do it once.
touchscreen is responsive and there is haptic feedback. it can be a little too sensitive sometimes when pressing buttons near the screen. There may be a setting to control that so I'll have to do some digging.

The Harmony Smart remote is Almost as Good as the Elite
I have the smaller Harmony smart Remote with the HUB as well. I like the Elite but it is heavier than the small remote and the battery life is around 3 days outside the cradle. The smart remote lasts for over 6 months. I like that the Elite is back-lit but again it is much heavier than the small remote. I appreciate both Harmony remotes and recommend the HUB over standard IR. If you are on the fence the biggest advantage of the Elite are the backlit buttons. For most people the standard small remote costs so much less than the Elite on E bay and will get the job done. I will keep both my smart and Elite Remotes but they do compliment each other as when you "Watch TV" both remotes go to that setting. I am a satisfied buyer.Read full review

How to Switch the Xfinity XR15 remote to IF SIGNAL
This a great universal remote if you are using it with devices that use IR SIGNAL. If you own an Xfinity X1 DVR cable box don’t buy this remote it take too much to get it to work. This because the Xfinity box uses RF signal so the remote won’t work until you change the signal in the Xfinity remote. This is how you do it , press A and D buttons on the Xfinity remote until the light flashes green then you press the CODE 981 and this switches the remote to IR signal.Read full review

Trash product. Defective software, impossible to use.
iOS and Android apps do not work. If you try to configure this remote to use all the features - forget it. You are forced to do the firmware update. The firmware update always fails. Search around google - "Harmony Hub fails at 25%" - everyone who attempts to use this thing has the same problem. Update failures.
Try to update from PC? Same thing. Failure.
The Harmony Hub/Elite is a defective product by design. Looks great, but it's a resounding piece of junk.
If it actually worked, it would be a pratty cool piece of hardware.

Harmony Elite Remote works much better than using smartphone as remote.
The remote worked better than expected. I was using my smartphone to control my hub before this purchase. I was able to replace ALL of my remotes with just this one!
