Great Router for Basic Uses

These little routers are great for applications needing moderate speed at 2.4 Ghz. We use these to give SONOS connectivity in buildings that have large commercial wi-fi systems that don't support SONOS device interconnection since the controlling device must be in the same sub-net as the SONOS and that is not always true on large systems with multiple access points using DHCP. Otherwise there are newer and faster dual band routers to fulfill more advanced needs.Read full review

Netgear Router

I've used one of these for several years and it's online 24/7 (WiFi for Cell). It is excellent with good area coverage and my WiFi Cell speed is equal to my Modem tied directly to my PC. Zero loss in speed. I bought it as a direct replacement so no installation setup was required. I only had to change the Factory default Network name and password.Read full review

Great product!

I was trying to create a network around my digital mixing console and just couldn't quite get it. Looked on Utube and found very descriptive instructions and they were using this router so I got one. Everything went together quickly after that so I'm very pleased with this item!Read full review

I love Netgear routers

I have 2 other routers in the house in order to extend my wifi coverage throughout each room in the house. I run hardwire ethernet to each router and make each router as another wifi or ethernet ports. I have 3 extra ethernet ports after the hardwire upstream is used.Read full review

Simple Router

Simple to operate, basic router. Quite adequate for my Kindle Fire use. (That's all I use it for.)

It does justice

I specifically purchased this for my driverack pa2. It does exactly what was expected. I could not be more happy with this unit.
I'm also going to give the rented router back to the cable company. My unit will save me lot's of money each month.
I love it and highly recommend this router

Just what I needed.

I wanted to stop paying my cable company to rent their modem so I bought my own but it did not have wifi capability. This router was a perfect solution. It synced perfectly with my modem, performs as expected and set up was very easy. Also, you can't beat the price.Read full review

small, portable and works

If you need a router for your small apartment that only you and maybe one friend are gonna use, this router is for you. Personally, I brought it because in my dorm I have an Ethernet port in the wall so I thought if I plugged that into the router I coukd get my own Wi-Fi, and it worked like a charm. This router if perfect for me and my needs.Read full review

Good value

These semi-older routers make great additions to an exiting network for adding alternate Wi-fi access points as well as just functioning as switches. This is a good one to do that with.
