K2 Helpful for pain in heel
Vitamin K2 is an excellent supplement I have been taking it for years. Very helpful for joint pain issues. As a Kinesiologist I have recommended to lots of clients with different problems. last year it helped a client of mine with severe heel pain. Disappointed and not so sure of this product now
Been buying K2 from this seller for years, taking 3 a day with 30,000 iu D3, the only thing I had looked at was the amount of K2 but on my last purchase looked at the ingredients to see Dicalcium phosphate, I asked about it and received a reply from the seller that 15mg of calcium was in each tablet,
Then I found a paper stating calcium phosphate binders could potentially limit bioavailability of vitamin K2, so it seems counterproductive to add the very ingredient which we all take K2 to direct in our bodies which when bound to K2 makes the K2 less effective!

This is very hard to review as I have only been taking it for a week, however if it does what it is supposed to do then it yes its very good value also other companies charge more for a lesser amount so for a whole years worth then it would appear to be very good value Whatever vitamin from the cheapest to the most expensive you buy you have to trust the company that its good quality.
