Amazing product if used correctly.. Regulates you but you must eat healthy or else it can cause gas pains and lots of time in the restroom reduces hunger and You lose inches first and alot more than if you arent using it. Also when You binge this product does not let you gain weight not that you should be binging a lot but using this helps you not gain weight if thats what you want and be able to eat more at least thats been my experience been using it on and off for 6yrs Take probiotic daily and eat a banana if you get loose bowel movements. Do not take more than 1/4 trust me not worth it and dangerous a little goes a long way. Will feel very gassy 1st few days or even 2 weeks

This product is all over the internet as a dangerous product. There should be more information on how this product can cause health issues because of the constant diarrhea it causes. I read that your body loses potassium, you become dehydrated , and you even experience a lot of pain in your body though I’m not sure why. I also read it doesn’t allow your body to absorb any nutrients in the food you eat because it literally goes right through you. The people that sell this product know the potential harms it can cause and sell it anyway l.
