Great item but this one is defective

I use Plantronics bluetooth everyday at work. It's the best but unfortunately this one was a refurbished unit and would not charge after a couple of days of using and charging. Tried different chargers too. Nothing. Normally it will say talk time 6 hours but this one would not. I'll get another one. Probably a new one next time.Read full review

Better than what I had

This is the best Bluetooth headset I have had I have had several others and got complaints from people I was talking to about the call Quality I have not had that with this one. Twice the cost half the quality

I purchased the 5200 to replace my legend that my dog ate. I liked the Legend but thought since the 5200 was twice the price it would be twice as good. I was very wrong. I liked the Legend better. It had a better charger, connected better to the phone and more user friendly.Read full review

Plantronics Voyager 5220

So far the headset works great. I did have to order the earbuds that should of come with it, so I could use it. Plus no power cord was included either. That wasn't made clear to me.

Doesn't fit well

This design is smaller than the legend, so it doesn't fit bigger ears like mine.
It would be better if they made the shank for the ear piece adjustable to fit different size ears.
