Great book, just make sure you buy the sequels too - you won't want to wait!

This book is one of the gems of the Warhammer 40K universe. Yes, it's the grimdark of the 41st millennium, but there are still characters to root for. Enjoyable storytelling that does a great job establishing the unique perspectives of the Mechanicus versus the Imperium at large. Graham McNeil is a master storyteller, and this book is no exception.
