I initially bought one of those blue Rizla rolling machines with silver alloy chassis as I thought they looked well made, but after it spat out the contents 'mid build' for the umpteenth time I binned it.

After looking for another machine, one without the centre scissor type folding mechanism (poor design and cause for the contents ejection) I thought I'd give the RAW machine a go as it looked like the up and over roller would stop the annoying issue.

The RAW machine has worked extremely well, you can lock one side in whilst building your next smoke and it's very well made and nice to use.

Not any better than the zigzag ones

Bought this as was fed up with the decreasing quality of the rolling ends with the zigzag machines, this has better machined ends for smoother rolling but the actual rolling canvas split easier , although it was tighter and neater packed into the rolling machine than the zig zag machine,disappointing considering the claims , but not the sellers fault!Read full review

Absolutely the Best Quality Roller EVER

Best Roller I've EVER used - and there have been a LOT over the years!! Fed up with rollers splitting on the joins, and throwing their contents to the 4 winds, creasing the paper, etc etc So I Googled the Best Roller, and came up with this one, If hemp is strong enough for pound notes, its got to be strong enough for a roller - no regrets buying it, the RAW rolls beautifully, the action is really smooth, and the finished product is PERFECT. So Easy To Use!

Bought the Rizla one first. . . . not only is it very awkward to open & close, but strangely enough, the Rizla King Size Papers are Too Long to fit it and the whole pack had to be cut down by a few mil ?? So took a chance and bought this one, it's so much easier with the hinge that just flips open with one touch. . Never beat a cone
