Awesome product at a great price.
After spending a couple of minutes reading how to set this up properly for Elite Dangerous, I found it easy to set up and after 10 minutes i have this product set up how I want it. It is lightweight enough to not move around on the desktop when using it, and it is as smooth a controller as I hoped. It is already set up somewhat for ED but you do need to set a few of the functions to suit your style also the SRV set up is very minimal so I would suggest you go through that section of the controller options and set everything how you want it. I still need my keyboard for a couple of buttons that I could not bind to this satisfactorily for my taste but that is a minor point and not really a problem.
All in all this is a very good product and feels solidly built and I am sure I (like many have already attested to) will get alot of enjoyment using this product and feel alot more immersed in my game . I recommend people seriously give this product a look.Read full review

Excellent product...best joystick I have ever used.
I bought this primarily for the game Elite Dangerous. I downloaded the drivers from the Saitek site for Windows 10, which was no issue.
My old joystick had issues with the buttons and needed replacing and I decided to go for this one. It's a great joystick. The joystick itself is fairly loose which may not be to everyone's taste. I have seen some hacks on youtube to fix that if you wanted to. The throttle has a nice grip but has a click mechanism so when you get to get to 75% throttle, it stops and you have to push a little further to get 100%. I am not keen on this and have not found a way to stop it, not sure if there is one.
Overall the joystick and throttle are of great quality and have loads of programmable buttons to use. It's great for me and I have enjoyed using it.Read full review

I bought this with some trepidation as I've never owned a Hotas type joystick, but thought it might be ideal for Elite Dangerous. I needn't have worried as it is an incredible piece of kit and makes the game more enjoyable and less hassle to use the keyboard as buttons can be keyed to the saitek instead.
