Brilliant little machine
We have only owned the machine for a week so I cannot say if it is reliable but it does have a long guarantee. It is very easy to use, quiet and exceptionally powerful. So powerful in fact that it got stuck to the carpet until my wife adjusted it correctly. It looks flimsy but is in fact robust. It is also light enough for us two pensioners to use. It removes so much more dirt than the previous cleaner and leaves the carpets looking clean. An excellent product and being mains powered we are not setting ourselfs up for future expensive lithium battery replacements..Read full review

It's the worst vacuum cleaner I've ever owned. A bad buy.
It's heavy. It is self propelling and hard to pull back. It doesn't pick up from edges. The hose keeps popping out of its station.

Omg. What can I say, love my new hoover. So easy 2 use. Iv always had Dyson (in fact iv 4 of them) can't get over how much better the shark is. Nice n light. Quiet. And the power is fantastic. Could not get over how much grit came out of my rugs. It gets really deep into the pile. Love it so much I'm thinking of getting a 2nd 1. The best vacuum I've ever bought amazing on carpets picks u dirt u didn't even know was there lifts the pile back up to look like a new carpet , fab on vinyls and wooden floors , love how u can change the suction to suit the flooring , love the lift away wand it's amazing to get into places you can't reach would highly recommend this shark product only down side I can see is the cord could have been a bit longer but that dosnt effect the use of it , a purchase I'm not disappointed with, I hated hovering with my Henry but love hovering now with my shark it only takes a few minutes , empty the tank and done ✅Read full review

I find it really easy to switch between the floor rollers and the dusting attachment which speeds up the cleaning process. It is lightweight so lifting it for dusting isn't a problem. The cord is shorter than my Dyson but I find this means it doesn't get tangled/ caught like the old vacuum did and I can still cover my house from 3 plug sockets so it isn't a big issue for me. overall I am very happy with the item.Read full review

Light quiet and efficient
This replaced an old Dyson and is in a different league on performance and efficiency - very light to use, cleans superbly, dog hairs vanish with ease, very quiet, easy to empty and versatile with the lift off.
The LED lights are actually very useful rather than a gimmick and the cord length is more than adequate.

Unbelievable cleaning power.
This cleaner is fantastic,i could not believe how much more dust was removed just from rugs that my old cleaner had left behind,the lights on the front show up the dust on wooden floors that can not be seen with the eye, i would say that this cleaner is on par if not better than a Dyson to name drop, i would recommend this cleaner very highly.
It is a little heavier than most so be prepared to work those arm muscles, it gives you a good work out.

I bought this as a back up for my cordless Dyson , which as we all know has a terribly poor runtime. I actually prefer this corded one...its very light brilliant at picking up and its way easier to empty than my dyson (which you need a knife or your fingers to pull all the compacted debris and fluff out). There’s no going back now ...
Love my Shark. Previously always used a well known brand. The Shark is easier to use, lighter, more manoeuvrable ( even with a cord) and way more efficient. It really does lift up pet hairs.
I will only buy Shark from now on.
